Made for the 2025 Bergen Art Book Fair to accompany the launch of Do Plants Feel (Expanded), this poster reprints text from the obituary of C.C.’s great-grandmother, Gayle. She loved flowers, music, and Hawaii.
The work began as a small print series called Peacefully at Her Home, inspired by how a brief obituary—just a few lines—can carry the weight of a whole life. It’s about memory, tenderness, and the quiet universality of how we’re remembered.
