Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order when it arrives. If it’s damaged, defective, or the wrong item, get in touch right away so we can make it right.

If your package goes missing in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to start a claim. Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, it’s out of our control—but we’ll do our best to help track it down if possible.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We’re not able to accept returns at this time. Everything we sell is handmade, one-of-a-kind, or produced in very limited runs. If you have questions or concerns about your item, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
