WHEN IT HAPPENED is a series of sketches for seven paintings inspired by tantric imagery - diagrams for navigating both the microcosm (the physical body) and macrocosm (the universe).
Highlighting the multi-disciplinary nature of her work, this publication was conceived as a “map” for developing the artist’s large-scale painting series of the same name. These drawings were created first as intaglio etchings and then remixed into the collaged forms found within.
